I sent my return back and, honestly... I’m still waiting on the refund. I reached out to support too, but they barely responded, so yeah... not a great experience

I picked up a Travelpro carry-on last year, and it’s been decent overall. The wheels still glide nicely, which I appreciate more than I thought I would, especially in airports when you’re half-awake and trying to find coffee. The handle hasn’t given me any trouble either, but the fabric started showing scuffs after just a few trips, which was a little disappointing.
For what I paid, I guess I expected it to feel a bit tougher. The zippers work fine, though when the bag is packed full they feel like they’re working harder than they should, if that makes sense. It’s not a bad bag, and I’ll keep using it, but I wouldn’t say it blew me away or anything.

I was surprised by how much this bag fits. I used it for a 5-day trip. I still had room for shoes and a few extra things. The pockets help a lot with keeping stuff organized. I just wish one of the outside pockets was a little bigger.

I bought a Travelpro carry-on because I figured, okay, this should be a solid bag, especially for the price. But right away the wheels were just not it. After one short trip, it started pulling to one side like it had a mind of its own, and one of the wheels kept catching, which got old really fast.

By the time I was walking through the next airport, it was wobbling so badly that I ended up dragging it half the time instead of rolling it. Super frustrating, because I expected way better from travelpro.com. I don’t think I’d buy from them again after this.

I tried to use the warranty, it got messy fast. I sent over the info they asked for, then it was just slow replies, half-answers, and me checking my email way too often. I kept thinking, okay maybe the next message will actually clear things up, but nope.

For what this cost, I really expected the support side to be smoother. The warranty sounds reassuring when you’re buying it, kind of like a safety net, but when I actually needed it, it felt more like a maze. Maybe I just got unlucky, but yeah, disappointing overall.

Wow. I didn’t expect my Travelpro suitcase to feel this light, but it’s been super easy to handle. I took it through two airports and never had to wrestle with it, which was a nice surprise. Smooth. It turns really easily too, even when I had it packed full. Overall, I’m happy with it so far.

I travel a few times a month, i’m so tired of luggage zippers being the first thing to fail. But the zippers on my travelpro bag have actually held up really well. No sticking, no splitting, even when I shove in more than I probably should. At this point, that’s basically all I ask for in a suitcase.

The wheels roll fine and it looks decent, but the handle already feels a little loose. The inside space also isn’t as helpful as I thought it would be.

My order showed up a day later than it originally said, which was a little annoying, but I guess it wasn’t a huge deal. The tracking worked fine the whole time, and the bag was packed really well. So yeah, not perfect, but overall I’m happy enough with the delivery

I really like how this bag looks. It’s clean without being too flashy, and the shape and colors are just really well done. It feels like someone actually put thought into the design. i kind of regret waiting so long to get it

I’ve been using this bag for my everyday stuff, and I do like that it has several compartments for things like chargers, papers, and smaller items. The main section has enough space for what I usually carry, which is nice. The only issue I’ve noticed is that once the bag is packed, some of the pockets get tight, so grabbing something quickly can be a little frustrating. Overall, it’s a solid bag and gets the job done, but I think the layout could be improved a bit.

I bought this Travelpro suitcase expecting it to be sturdy, but after only a couple of trips the handle started feeling loose and cheap. Now it gets stuck halfway when I try to pull it up, and when the bag is packed it feels like it could snap. Super frustrating when you’re dealing with it at the airport. For the price, I really thought it would hold up better. Has anyone else had this issue with the handle?
